PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating efficiency by a method wherein defrost operation is switched into heating operation in each cases when the detecting temperature of a defrost sensor is higher than a predetermined defrost judging temperature reduced by a correcting temperature, or when the detecting temperature of the defrost sensor has exceeded the defrost judging temperature. SOLUTION: A controller 29 starts defrosting operation when the detecting temperature of a defrost sensor 28 is lower than a predetermined frost judging temperature, while the controller 29 switches the defrosting operation into heating operation, in respective cases when an outdoor air temperature, detected by an outdoor air temperature sensor 30, is higher than the predetermined defrost judging temperature, reduced by a correcting temperature, under a condition that the outdoor air temperature is the first set value of the predetermined outdoor air temperature, or when the detecting temperature of the defrost sensor 28 has exceeded the defrost judging temperature under a condition that the outdoor air temperature is a value between the first set value and a second set value. |
