PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin solution composition giving a proper overcoat inhibiting the generation of defective indication of a liquid crystal display, and a color filter, liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: This thermosetting resin solution composition includes an epoxy compound and an organoalkoxysilane or a hydrolysate of the organoalkoxysilane, and/or hydrocondensates of the following formula R<1> n Si(OR<2> )4-n (R<1> is an organic group selected from an alkyl, a vinyl, phenyl or γ- glycidoxypropyl group, R<2> is an organic group selected from H or an alkyl group and n is integer of 1 to 3.). |
