<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method for sludge which is excellent in the effect of removing heavy hydrocarbon sludge, is short in working time, is safe, is problem-free in the treatment of a waste washing liquid and may be carried out at a low cost and a piping structure for washing of apparatus suitable for the washing method. SOLUTION: This washing method consists in using, as an org. detergent, a mixture composed of petroleum based hydrocarbon A and oxygen-contg. polar org. compd. B as effective components and making the apparatus to be washed independent from a process line, then withdrawing the residual fluid in the apparatus 1, connecting a detergent circulation supplying means to the apparatus to form a circulation line, circulating and supplying the org. detergent to the circulation line to remove the heavy hydrocarbon sludge deposited on the interior of the apparatus and mixing the waste washing liquid after the washing with the raw material.</p> |
