PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the washing effect on piping such as bath water circulation piping. SOLUTION: A circulation piping 10 is connected with a bathtub 1. A pump and a filtration tank 30 (a treatment part) are installed in the circulation pipeline 10. Air supply means 50 are connected with the suction end 11a and the discharge end 12a of the circulation pipeline 10. Further, a flow route switching means 40 is installed in the circulation pipeline 10 to switch the flow routes. At the time of normal filtration mode, bath water is passed through the filtration tank 30 to be filtered by driving the pump 20. At the time of washing mode, bath water is sucked out of the suction end 11a and the discharge end 12a and discharged through a water discharge pipe 45 after passing through the pump 20. At that time, air is continuously supplied from the air supply means 50 and bubbles are mixed in the water flow. The bubbles work to remove the slime adhering to the inside of the piping.
