<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fat absorbing property easily confirm a fat absorbing state in the midst of make-up and reduce a stimulation of skin by constituting a cosmetic fat absorbent paper sheet of the porous extension file of a plastic material. SOLUTION: The cosmetic fat absorbing sheet is produced by adding a filler to crystal thermoplastic resin with high transparency, which includes high density polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutylene, poly-4-methylpentene, ethylene and propylene block copolymer, etc., so as to adopt it as a main base material, forming the film from the main base material so as to adopt it as a plastic film, extending the plastic film to impart fine circular openings. In this case, the circular opening rate of the plastic film is set to the range of 5-50%. Thus, a fat portion rising to the surface of a face is absorbed and a sufficient wiping- off feeling and a satisfying feeling are given to a user.</p> |
