<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially improve reflection efficiency decline without complicating the preparation process of an active matrix substrate and to provide the reflection type liquid crystal display device of high performance at a low cost by relatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: For this active matrix substrate, an insulation film 7 is formed on a substrate surface provided with active elements and address wiring in a matrix shape, a contact hole 15 for being connected to the active element is formed on the insulation film 7 and a reflection electrode 8 is formed so as to cover the contact hole 15 and be connected to the active element. In this case, as the reflection electrode 8, a laminated structure provided with an Al film or an Al alloy film in an upper layer and a Ti film, an Mo film or their alloy film 14 in a lower layer is attained.</p> |
