<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly achieve the machining process with high efficiency by respectively determining the optimum machining condition from the design plan data to indicate the final machined shape and a stock of a work to be machined, determining the mask parameters from the mask data, and determining the machining speed profile from the machining speed data to correctly and rapidly set the optimum machining condition before the laser irradiation. SOLUTION: The design plan data indicating the final machined shape of a work to be machined and its material are respectively inputted to a CPU 16 to achieve the prescribed arithmatic operation by input parts 17, 18. A laser machining condition automatic setting apparatus determines various kinds of machining conditions so that the work can be machined to have the shape unlimitedly close to the inputted final shape. The machining condition adaptable to the material inputted among the data accumulated in a machining condition storage means 19 of each material, a mask data storage means 20, and a machining speed storage means 21, the mask parameters corresponding to the machined shape, and the machining speed profile corresponding to the final machined shape, are respectively determined by the CPU 16.</p> |
