PRODUCTION OF SOLIDIFIED PELLET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make dusring powder a solidified pellet which does not pulverize the dusting powder again by adding water to a hydraulic material having a specified or larger Brane specific surface area which is prepared from a gypsum and a calcined material containing a specified wt. proportion of one or more kinds of C11 A7 CaCl<2> , C11 A7 F2 and C3 A and one or more kinds of C2 S and C3 S to form a kneading material and then, aggregating and granulating the kneaded material. SOLUTION: This hydraulic material contains 10 to 40 wt.% of one or more kinds of C11 A7 CaCl2 , C11 A7 CaF2 and C3 A and has >=2000 cm<2> /g Brane specific surface area. As for a raw material, sewage sludge dry powder prepared by mixing quicklime to a shall or sewage sludge, or other general waste or industrial waste can be used and further, the components of the raw material may be adjusted by mixing lime stone as a cement raw material, clay, silica, aluminum ash, bauxite, iron or the like. These raw materials are calcined at 1200 to 1500 deg.C to obtain a clinker which is then pulverized. Thereafter, a gypsum is added and mixed to obtain a powdery hydraulic compsn. Thereby, the obtd. solidified pellet shows excellent early strength providing property which can be rapidly hardened and it slightly requires ageing after the production.
