<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb, correct and prevent curl and distortion by intentionally producing a gentle circular arc curl in the orthogonal direction of a sheet vertical texture direction by guiding a sheet on which a curl phenomenon is generated inbetween a sheet upper surface high heat source and a sheet lower surface low heat source. SOLUTION: A sheet Y1 in a state where a curl is produced by receiving fixing heat of a heating roller A1 is introduced to a curl correction and prevention device 1. A gentle circular arc curl is intentionally added in the orthogonal direction of a sheet vertical texture by passing the sheet Y1 in a temperature difference between an upper surface high heat source 5 and a lower surface low heat source 6 on this curl correction and prevention device 1. Consequently, production of the curl is obstructed and prevented by reinforcing a straight line in the vertical texture direction by a gentle circular arc intentionally added in a course direction, and it is also possible to correct and prevent the course direction as tensile force of a gentle circular arc protruded surface intentionally added.</p> |
