PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanization device for a laminate which is capable of boosting the temperature of and lagging the entire laminate uniformly to the specified temperature range(vulcanization temperature area) so that no dispersion is generated in the degree of vulcanization progress. SOLUTION: In the vulcanization device which heats and lags a laminate 11 consisting of unvulcanized rubbers 15 and metal plates 12 laminated alternately and a mold 16 for holding the laminate 11, which are heated and lagged by electromagnetic induction, an induction coil 3 which applies a magnetic field to the metal plates 12 and the mold 16, a power supply means 4 which energizes the induction coil 3 with an alternating current and a frequency adjustment means 2 which adjusts the alternating current power supply are provided. The frequency adjusting means 2 is equipped with a low frequency conversion means 5 which converts the alternating current power supply for the power supply means 4 to a low frequency, a high frequency conversion means 6 which converts the alternating current power supply for the power supply means 4 to a high frequency and a waveform adding means 9 which overlaps the high frequency over the low frequency. |
