PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing disinfecting apparatus for a food housing vessel capable of sterilizing/disinfecting the inside of a refrigerator only by inserting it into the refrigerator while beeping a food housing vessel, particularly, the inside of the refrigerator in a cold insulation state. SOLUTION: A sterilizing disinfecting apparatus Al for a food housing vessel has allyl isothiocyanate 2 extracted from a plant such as horseradish or a Japanese pepper containing allyl isothiocyanate (CH2 =CHCH2 NCS) 2 or allyl isothiocyanate 2, a chemically synthesized antibacterial substance, and a vegetable microbody having a vegetable fiber tissue to permeate/hold the allyl isothiocyanate. |
