PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply input and process data and to enable display and printing by adding an automatic calling procedure to a user's book for working in the first stage. SOLUTION: A user's file 1071 is operated only under a spreadsheet system in a completely new state. First, a user manually starts his own file and calls it to the spreadsheet system. Next, when he manually activates a data processing support system 1072 in the state and calls it to the same spreadsheet system, the system 1072 prepares such an automatic activation means as automatically starts processing in a program sheet. Then, the automatic activation means starts to operate when called to the operation environment of the spreadsheet system and automatically starts to execute defined processing. Thus, the system 1072 is automatically activated by such a manner that the user just calls his file to the spreadsheet system from the next time. |
