PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil control device for an automatic transmission, which can even deal with the long distance transportation of a vehicle by traction, and can supply sufficient lubricating oil to the automatic transmission. SOLUTION: A vehicle is judged whether or not it is a time to be towed based on a vehicle speed and the shift range of an automatic transmission 2 by a time to be towed judging part 23; a line pressure duty solenoid 14 is controlled so as to increase line pressure of lubricating oil supplied to the automatic transmission 2 when the vehicle is towed by a duty ratio control part 24; the idling number of revolution of an engine when the vehicle is towed is judged whether or not it is increased based on an engine speed by an idle up judging part 25 ; and idle up control is performed so as to increase the engine speed to a set rotational speed based on output of idle up judging means by an ISC valve control part 26.
