<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To advice the user of a personal computer to use all functions which are not used yet but provided in the computer. SOLUTION: This support system obtains all events how a user starts a personal computer, how he accesses to a file and an application and how many functions he uses when the user uses the computer usually. A personal computer use tendency of the user is analyzed based on the obtained events and is collated with the past data base of the user and the function of the unused part of the personal computer is transmitted to the user.</p> |
