PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce the delaminating tendency of a coloring matter layer by a method wherein for an undercoats layer, a coloring matter donor element for a heat-sensitive coloring matter transfer comprising a polymer or a copolymer which contains glycidyl having a specified repeating monomer unit, is used. SOLUTION: For an undercoat layer, the coloring matter donor element for a heat-sensitive coloring matter transfer containing a polymer or a copolymer which contains glycidyl having a specified respecting monomer unit, being represented by the formula (in the formula, R<1> indicates H or methyl, L indicates a binding group, e.g. -COO- or -CONH-, D indicates a 1-6C alkylene group and (x) indicates 10-100 wt.%.) is used. In a preferable practice example, the undercoat layer includes a homo-polymer containing only a glycidyl-containing monomer unit, wherein R<1> is methyl, L is carboxyl, and D is methylene (C-CH2 -). |
