SOLUTION: A code diving part 50 outputs a series that divides an orthogonal code produced by an orthogonal code generating part 40 into four. An interleaver B60 interleaves with an orthogonal code undergoing four divisions as one unit. A modulating and diffusing part 80 first operates exclusive-OR of both series of a diffusion code series that corresponds to a PN series proper to a base station and a mobile station and an orthogonal code series that is a known series for frame detection and transmission information after four division. Next, it multiplies an output that is acquired by performing data conversion of an exclusive-OR output by a carrier outputted from a local oscillator, converts a diffusion signal of a baseband into a diffusion signal of a high frequency and outputs it to a transmission line 100.
