PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage additional information, which can not be integrated into a file, corresponding to the state of the file. SOLUTION: When the signature data of an object document are prepared (S11), the empty condition of a signature data managing table is checked (S12) and when there is no vacant space in that signature data managing table, a document file open at present is collated with a document file indicated by the pointer of that signature data managing table. When any closed document file exists, the pointer of the relevant document file is erased (S17). Then, an area made vacant is acquired as the storage area of the pointer instructing the prepared signature data and the document file (S16). Thus, the signature data can be managed corresponding to the state of opening/closing the document file. |
