PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-base coating composition for conductive coating having a high solvent-resistance and scratch-resistance. SOLUTION: This water-base coating composition contains, to the total composition, (a) a first aqueous dispersion solution 5-40 wt.% of a polyhydroxy ether polymer grafted with at least one kind of acrylic or methacrylic monomer, where graft polymer solid matter is of 25-40 wt.% to the dispersion solution, (b) finely ground metallic conductive particles 20-80 wt.% selected from among silver, copper, nickel, copper coated with silver, nickel coated with silver, carbon, graphite and a mixture of them, (c) a second aqueous dispersion solution 0-20 wt.% of acrylic or polyurethane polymer, where polymer solid matter is of 25-40 wt.% to the dispersion, and (d) aqueous polymer 0-5 wt.%. Here, all of the (a), (b), (c), (d) are dispersed in water and an adjuvant solvent of approximately 1-8 wt.%. |
