PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unreasonable force caused by restraint of the seat belt from being applied to the rotational fulcrum of the seat back and to be able to provide a retractor connected to the seat. SOLUTION: The seat belt device of a vehicle is located on the left and right sides of an occupant F seated in the center seat of a seat 1. A second fastener 12 and a third fastener 13 are fixed to the seat frame. A retractor 11 is located below a seat cushion 2 and fixed to, for example, the lower surface of the frame or to a floor panel 5. A web 15 drawn from the retractor 11 extends upward along the back of a seat back 3 from the rear edge of the seat cushion 2, after which it passes through an anchor 14 attached to the upper edge of the seat back 3 and is constantly fixed to the second fastener 12. A buckle 18 attached to the web 15 between the anchor 14 and the second fastener 12 is able to engage/disengage from a buckle receiving member 17 fixed to the third fastener 13. |
