PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organosilazane and ammonium chloride by applying a specific treatment to a reaction mixture containing the organosilazane and the ammonium chloride, capable of simply and profitably obtaining the roganosilazane and the ammonium chloride without deteriorating the yields of the compounds, because the ammonium chloride is obtained in the flowable an adhesion-stable form. SOLUTION: This method for producing an organosilazane and (A) ammonium chloride comprises reacting an organochlorosilane with a ammonia in the presence of the roganisilazane as a solvent. Therein, the reaction mixture is mixed with an antiblocking agent, and the component A is subsequently separated. Or, the component A is separated from the mixture, and the component A is mixed with the antiblcoking agent. The separation of the component A is preferably carried out by the combination of a mechanical separation method with a thermal separation method. Concretely, the component A is preferably centrifuged with a Schael centrifuge and subsequently died with a disk drier. The antiblocking agent is preferably added in an amount of 0.1-2 wt.% based on the component A. The antiblocking agent is preferably silicon dioxide by thermal decomposition method having an averse particle size of 0.01-50μm.
