<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent foreign matter such as dust dropped/stuck in working from becoming a new fault of a color filter by using a hot plate, additionally heating only a peripheral edge part of a substrate and sufficiently curing an insufficiently cured colored photosensitive resin composition (beads) remaining on the peripheral edge part. SOLUTION: A hot plate 12 is a rectangle conformed with the shape of a substrate 11, a heat source exists only on the peripheral edge part 13 and only the peripheral edge part generates heat. The hot plate 12 is set up just after a forming process of a color filter image, the substrate 11 is loaded on the hot plate 12 from the forming process of the color filter image by a robot arm and only the peripheral edge part of the substrate 11 is additionally heated to be transferred to a next process. That is, the substrate 11 in which insufficiently cured beads are remained on the peripheral edge part is loaded by a sheet on the hot plate 12 for additionally heating only the peripheral edge part of this substrate 11 to be additionally heated and processed for every sheet.</p> |
