PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve wear resistance by passing a plurality of guide parts through a center plate in a radial direction, movably storing balls, continuously providing bent grooves engaged to the balls on the opposed surfaces of a pair of disc plates in the peripheral direction and making thrust washers alloy steel for which a surface processing is performed. SOLUTION: On the opposed surfaces of a pair of disc plates 3, bent grooves 3b which rollably engage balls 5 are continuously formed in the peripheral direction. On a center plate 4, through oblong holes 4c storing the balls 5 so as to freely roll are provided by being extended at equal intervals in the peripheral direction and in a straight line in the radial direction. Between the plate 3 and a differential case 1 and between the plate 3 and a differential case cover 2, thrust washers 3c are interposed and a surface processing is performed for alloy steel in these thrust washers 3c. The balls 5 are reciprocated along the oblong holes 4c by the guides of the grooves 3b and the balls 5 limit differentiation by reaction received from the contact surfaces with the groove 3b by rotational force from only the one plate 3. Therefore, wear resistance is imparted to the device and the device can stably be operated and used.
