PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Wasabia japonica extract and astringent that have high safety and can normalize skin condition, and to provide a production method of Wasabia japonica extract that has high safety, can normalize skin condition, and is capable of being extracted efficiently.SOLUTION: We focused on the leaf part of young Wasabia japonica after the investigation of each functionality of the root part, stem part, and leaf part, then investigated the leaf part in further detail by exchanging ethanol concentration of an extracting solvent, and enabled the effective extraction of the function of the young Wasabia japonica leaf part.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
