PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate an environment load amount caused by transport of articles at a supply chain upstream, using information which is easily available.SOLUTION: A reception part 151 receives inputs of a purchase amount of articles, and a business line to which a company which purchased the articles belongs. An acquisition part 152 acquires a distribution cost ratio expressed by a ratio of transport cost with respect to the purchase amount of articles corresponding to the business line, transport cost incurred by each transport means out of transport cost corresponding to the business line, and a ratio of a COdischarge amount by each transport means with respect to the transport cost incurred by each transport means corresponding to the business line, from a storage part 14. A calculation part 153 calculates a discharge coefficient for transport cost, expressed by a ratio of the COdischarge amount with respect to the transport cost in the business line, on the basis of the ratio of the COdischarge amount by each transport means with respect to the transport cost thereby. An estimation part 154 estimates a value obtained by multiplying the purchase amount of articles, the distribution cost ratio, and the discharge coefficient, as a COdischarging amount corresponding to the purchase amount of articles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
