PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify conveying control of parts to a standby lane. SOLUTION: A parts standby location decision system identifies parts in a parts stock area that is an aggregate of a plurality of standby lanes, and makes them stand by. A master sequencer M, and a third terminal sequencer SC3 are provided as control means for controlling a conveying of parts within the parts stock area. These control means M and SC3 are equipped inside with a destination setting means 15 and a divergence direction selecting means 16. The destination setting means 15 decides a destination standby lane by collating a parts data D with a prescribed condition DC when parts are conveyed into a parts stock area, and writes that information to an exclusive area of the parts data D. The divergence direction selecting means 16 switch controls each junction point DP that is prepared within the parts stock area, based on information about the destination standby lanes set by the destination setting means 15. |
