PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount an inverter apparatus without requiring any surplus space for adopting the inverter, by assuming target equipment to be controlled for mounting the inverter device in advance, determining an entire shape including the cooling fin shape of the inverter device for the specific part of the equipment, and providing required members. SOLUTION: An inverter apparatus 1A is constituted of an inverter body part 1 and an operation panel 2, a capacitor 3, a cooling fin 4, a terminal block 5, and the like. In the cooling fin 4, the shape and the position and dimensions of a mounting screw hole are matched to the terminal so that it functions as the lid of the terminal of an electric motor 11. Simply by eliminating the lid of the terminal box 11 of an electric motor 10 and mounting the cooling fin 4 of the inverter apparatus 1A instead, the inverter apparatus 1A can be easily and directly mounted to the electric motor 10, and the electric motor 10 can be subjected to inverter control, thus additionally installing and incorporating inverters into already existing equipment without considering the presence of a surplus space, the type of target equipment, the difference of an installation state, or the like. |
