SOLUTION: A compound of formula I or II [Z<1> and Z<2> are each carbon or a 6-10C aryl; R<1a> , R<1b> , R<2a> and R<2a> are each hydrogen, a halogen or the like; (n1 ), (n2 ), (n3 ) and (n4 ) are each 1-5, wherein (n1 )+(n2 ) does not exceed the number of the substitution positions of Z<2> ; R<3> and R<4> are each hydrogen, a 1-8C alkyl or the like; (m) is 0-3; M is a metal compound of the formula; M1 Ap (M1 is a metalloid, an alkali metal or the like; A is hydrogen, cyano or the like; (p) is 1-4] or a metal halide of the formula; R<5> M2 X (R<5> is a 1-8C alkyl, a 6-10C aryl or the like; M2 is magnesium or zinc; X is a halogen], for example, (R)1,1'-bi-2-naphthoxy-diphenylaminoborn. The compound is obtained by reacting a dialcohol derivative of formula III with an aminoboron derivative of formula IV.
