PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform operation a percutaneous and other in vitro measure by providing the catheter with a device to maintain arrangement of a catheter jacket and a medicine supply device by deforming the distal end of the catheter jacket and the medicine supply device by actuation of a deforming device by motion of a deforming mechanism. SOLUTION: A catheter 100 has a handle 170 on the near end 104, and has the controllable deformable end part 106 on the distal end 108. A spiral coil spring 130 can be constituted by changing flexibility and the coil number, and can move curvature so as to approach the catheter tip 118 of an inside sleeve 114 or an anchor sleeve 112. The catheter tip 118 and the deformable end part 106 can be deformed in the respective directions by increasing tensile force by pulling in a tension cable 122 installed in a place in the vicinity of the catheter tip 118. A relative movement correcting mechanism is equipped to automatically arrange the distal tip of the catheter and a functional device. |
