摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond flexibly to a force larger than expected and to allow free expansion and reduction by making a floating solid stable in the vertical direction to the wave motion due to balance between a weight of a portion above the sea level and a buoyancy in the water, by surrounding the floating solid with a net, a frame, and the like, or tying them up with line, rope, and the like. SOLUTION: Spherical solids 1 which are slightly lighter than water of place to be used are filled in the place here and there close to one another, so that gravity of the solids 1 above the sea level and a buoyancy in the water are balanced. Then, a fence 2 made of net or the like, a middle solid 4, and an inner solid 5 are provided with the sizes getting smaller in that order. In addition, size of each portion may differ. In addition, an intermediate partitioning net 6, an inner partitioning net 7, a side partitioning net 8, and a middle floating body are installed, and a number of the middle partitioning net is increased or decreased as necessary, to form a stable floating island. This enables creation of small sized, small range, inexpensive, and safe water floating structure.
