摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply an active material mix in high density and thereby increase battery capacity by feeding a collector sheet to a filling roller, filling the active material mix into the opening of the collector sheet, and then, applying the active material mix continuously to both the upper and lower surfaces including the opening of the collector sheet by using a pair of applying rollers located at the upper and lower parts. SOLUTION: A collector 1 moves through the gap between collector hole filling rollers 2 in the direction of an arrow F and a positive electrode active material mix 5 infiltrated in the collector hole filling rollers 2 is transferred into a through hole 11 of the collector 1. Doctor blades 3 scrape the positive electrode active material mix 5 on the upper and lower surfaces of the collector 1 and compensate for insufficiency. In addition, when the collector 1 passes a part between both-collector-surfaces application rollers 4, the positive electrode active material mix 5 infiltrated in the both-collector-surfaces application rollers 4 is transferred to both the upper and lower surfaces of the collector 1 in a thickness of about 150 μm. The positive electrode active material mix 5 can uniformly be transferred to both the upper and lower surfaces of the collector 1 without producing bubbles in the through hole 11 of the collector 1. Next, the density of the positive electrode active material mix 5 is increased by drying and rolling it.
