PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an electrode that can be formed in a fine pattern, has high bonding strength to a board, has low resistance and has a small, specific thickness, and is suitable for a large-scale plasma display panel by performing screen printing by setting a squeegee speed and a squeegee angle within specific range values. SOLUTION: An electrode having a thickness of 1-10 μm is produced by applying photosensitive paste to a board 6 by means of a screen printing method. The electrode is formed by performing the screen printing by setting a squeegee speed to 15-100 mm/sec and a squeegee angle θ to 15-35 deg.. If the squeegee speed is set less than 15 mm/sec, the flowability of the paste is deteriorated, so that screen plate separation is deteriorated and the printed surface is roughened. If the squeegee speed is set more than 100 mm/sec, the film thickness becomes thicker. If the squeegee angle θ is set less than 15 deg., the irregularity of thickness occurs and if the squeegee angle θ exceeds 35 deg., the thickness of the printed electrode increases. |
