PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper pallet routing plan by arranging a pallet management information transmitting means installed in a pallet, a pallet management information wireless detecting means, a stock data storing means, which receives the detected pallet management information by means of a wide area communication network so as to store it, and a pallet condition deciding means. SOLUTION: A wireless tag 1 to be mounted on each pallet consists of a transmission function applied IC card, and the wireless tag 1 stores pallet management information of a pallet individual identification pallet ID and transmits the stored pallet management information in compliance with a reading demand from a wireless detection means 2. The wireless detection means 2 arranged in each physical distribution base point transmits the pallet information, the position information of the distribution base point, in which the wireless detection means 2 is installed, and the detection time information to a center via a wide area communication network. By means of a pallet condition deciding means 4, data of a pallet condition field for a pallet movement management table is formed on the basis of the pallet movement management table detection time stored in a pallet stock storage area. |
