PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive material having both high conductivity and high flexion-resistance on an industrial scale, and to provide a movable electric wire using conducting wires made of the material and having high conductivity and high flexion-resistance. SOLUTION: An alloy material containing chromium 1-25 wt.% and substantially made of copper as for the rest is swaged, and it is applied with first cold wiredrawing until degrees of processing get to 3-4, then is applied with solution treatment, thereafter it is applied with second cold wiredrawing until the degrees of processing get to 7 and above, thereby fibrous chromium having maximum diameters less than 2.5μm and average diameters less than 1.0μm is formed in situ in the copper matrix to obtain wire rods having a diameter less than 300μm, then the conducting wire is formed using at least one of the wires. Both the first and the second cold wiredrawing are performed by repeating, several times, the drawing through the hole die where each degree of processing gets to 0.01-0.5.
