PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding machine including a pair of conveyance rollers which are capable of suppressing a securing force from being reduced due to wear, and a method for manufacturing a power storage element, in which the winding machine is used.SOLUTION: A winding machine includes: a winding part winding a band-shaped electrode; and a pair of conveyance rollers 7 which forward the electrode to the winding part while securing the electrode and at least one of which, a conveyance roller 71, has a resin-made outer peripheral surface 710. The outer peripheral surface 710 has a shape of a diameter which becomes smaller from a central part toward both end portions of the conveyance roller 71 in an axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
