This regulator device opens and closes the blinds by means of an interconnection part that is connected to electrical fan unit. The base part is connected to main body (12) with the help of shaft arms (14, 15, 26, 26a). The shaft (13) provides the movement th at is connected to the main body (12) by fixed supporting arms of main body (12). There are rollers (20) on the shaft and the gravity masses (16) are connected to the arms (14, 15). The fixed right and left supporting arms (26, 26a) connected to the shaft (13) and the main body (12) provide opening the blinds. |
