PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the management of working process and also to efficiently perform it by instructing a working means that performs the next work to start working when the preceding work unended count of the next work becomes zero. SOLUTION: An operator sets a working process, inputs it to a managing device 6 and defines the working process. A count setting part 7 sets a count to each work of the defined working process. It notifies the end of inputting document to the device 6 from a terminal 1, sets an end to a count set to document inputting work and reduces the count of a layout producing work by one to be zero and in a work start state, and the device 6 instructs a layout producing device 4 to start work. The device 6 is notified after the work is finished, an end is set to the set count and the count of an image and character inputting work that is the next work is reduced by one. The counts of both works become zero to be in a work start state and the device 6 instructs an image input device 2 and a character input device 3 to start work. |
