PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate later slit and notch processing for air bag door molding and to enable the molding of an air bag door at the same time as injection molding. SOLUTION: A broken line 11 of an air bag door 10 is comprised of a notch 12 wherein the surface of a skin member 2 remains, and an opening 13 formed by injection molding with respect to core material 3 around the notch 12, which connects thereto. Accordingly, a cutting portion which creates the notches is formed protruding in the mold such that the surface on the skin member 2 at the portion equivalent to the broken line 11 remains when a pair of molds capable of opening and closing is closed. |
