PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo tag which is looped and easily fitted to the handle part of a baggage to be loaded into, for example, an airplane, manufactured and used at low cost by eliminating peeling paper, and directly formed of a beltlike tag base material in an inuse place. SOLUTION: An adhesive layer, specially, an adhesive layer 14 which can be made active only at the time of use is formed only at one end part (rear end part side 2B) on the reverse side of the tag base material 2. Namely, the adhesive layer 14 which is normally inactive and made active only when used is formed only at one end part 2B on the reverse side of the tag base material 2 and then the adhesive layer 14 and the other end part (tip part side 2A) at a different part from the end part 2B on the reverse surface of the tag base material 2 are united to loop the tag base material 2.
