A lid (14) with reclosable spout (32) fits on a container (12). The lid (14) includes a spout (32) formed on the lid and extending from the lid which allows access to the contents of the container. The spout can be positioned in the closed position where it is folded to prevent the contents from leaking and in an open position in which it is unfolded to allow access to the contents. The spout can be reclosed after use.
