The present invention provides a method for inducing a good sleep of a sleeping subject by using a good sleep inducing device. The method for inducing a good sleep of a sleeping subject by using a good sleep inducing device comprises the steps of: determining first wakeup time of a subject on the basis of particular information of the subject; obtaining sleeping state information of the subject; changing the first wakeup time into second wakeup time by considering sleeping state information of the subject; and outputting a wakeup alarming signal when the changed second wakeup time comes. The present invention also provides a method for controlling noise by using a good sleep inducing device. The method for controlling noise by using a good sleep inducing device comprises the steps of: identifying that a subject is sleeping; sensing a noise signal within a particular distance from the subject through an audio input device; determining a noise pattern having periodic properties by analyzing the noise signal; and outputting a reversed phase noise pattern which has an opposite phase from the noise pattern through an audio output device.
