摘要 The present invention relates to an integrated management system for a reservoir with a collapse detecting function and, more specifically, to an integrated management system for a reservoir with a collapse detecting function, which enables a user to grasp a collapse state and a collapse possibility of a reservoir bank in an initial stage by installing a collapse detector on the reservoir bank to rapidly report an emergency situation online or via a mobile communication network and to establish countermeasures. According to the present invention, the integrated management system for a reservoir with the collapse detecting function includes: a water level measuring device for measuring a water level in the reservoir; an overflowing rate measuring device for measuring the amount of water overflowing to an overflow path of the reservoir bank; a reservoir management device for collecting and transferring information measured by the water level measuring device and the overflowing rate measuring device; a manager server receiving information transmitted from the reservoir management device and grasping the state of the reservoir by processing the information and transferring the graphed state of the reservoir; a manager terminal receiving information related to the state of the reservoir transmitted by the manager server; and a warning broadcasting device broadcasting in accordance with a signal received from the manager server. The integrated management system also includes the collapse detector for measuring change in a slope of the reservoir bank. The reservoir management device transfers the information on the change in the slope, which is received from the collapse detector, to the manager server, and the manager server determines the collapse state and the collapse possibility based on the received information on the change in the slope and transfers the information thereof to the manager terminal and the warning broadcasting device.
