<p>The invention concerns a method for producing a motor vehicle body part by plastic material injection, a method for sequential injection of plastic material, a mould for implementing said methods, and the resulting plastic part. It concerns a method for producing a motor vehicle body part (1) by sequential injection of plastic into a mould supplied by one or several cold runners, which consist in firstly filling a first end region (A) of the mould, then a second region (B) adjacent to the first, and in repeating the process consisting in continuously filling a new region adjacent to the previous one until the mould last end region (C) on the side opposite to the first region (A) is reached. Each cold runner is closed by means of a cold rod axially mobile in a bore obstructing the cold duct, the rod longitudinal crosssection covering the duct transverse crosssection.</p> |
