PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a memory allowing easy extension of a memory even if there is no extra space in a circuit board, and a printing device.SOLUTION: A support plate 20 supports a main substrate 30 on a right side surface 201 side inside an operation section 3. The main substrate 30 is separated from the right side surface 201 to be oppositely disposed. A memory assembly 150 includes a holder 40 and a lid member 70. The holder 40 stores an extended memory therein. The lid member 70 is mounted inside the holder 40 storing the extended memory. A pair of engaging sections provided in the holder 40 is engaged with a pair of opening sections provided in the support plate. In this state, the lid member 70 side of the holder 40 is disposed oppositely to the main substrate 30 side. A metallic terminal provided in the lid member 70 comes into contact with contact sections of the extended memory and the main substrate 30 in the holder 40, respectively, so as to be electrically conducted with each other.
