<p>Sensor device for measuring the concentration of a substance, for instance a protein, present in a fluid according to a method wherein this substance is brought as an ionizable analyte into contact with a sensor, comprising a cartridge with a carrier on which are provided a first reagent container for a first reagent which on contact with the analyte causes a first change in electrical charge of the analyte, a potentiometric sensor for detecting a change in the electrical charge of the analyte, a sample container for holding a sample of the fluid and bringing into contact with the sensor the substance present in this fluid in the form of an ionizable analyte, and a second reagent container for a second reagent which, on contact with the analyte, causes a second change in electrical charge of the analyte, wherein the first and second reagent container can be opened individually by exerting a determined pressure thereon and the cartridge is suitable for insertion into a contact device provided with connection contacts for the sensor, and a contact device for this sensor device.</p> |
