<p>A hair treatment characterized by comprising: at least one resin (T) which has a tan δ of 0.3 or lower, forms a film having a 100 % modulus of 8 to 40 kgf/cm2 as measured after conditioning at 30 °C and 80 % R.H., and is selected from the group consisting of vinyl resins, polyester resins, polyamide resins, silicone resins, cationic urethane resins, ampholytic urethane resins, and nonionic urethane resins; and a diluent. When used as a hair fixative, the hair treatment is excellent in hair-holding properties and removability. When used as a shampoo, rinse, or hairdye, it has an excellent conditioning effect.</p> |
