An article of pole fitness apparel is provided including a garment portion for being worn against a body of a wearer of the article; and a gripping portion adjacent to the garment portion providing an outer surface of the article for gripping against a pole fitness pole. The pole fitness apparel may enable a wearer to efficiently grip onto a pole fitness or pole dancing pole, while covering skin of the groin and legs and protecting from friction burn. |
