An adjusting device moves a front (4) and rear (1) roof part between a retracted inoperative position and a closed functional position. The rear part has C-pillars (3) connected with a rear window (2) in an articulated manner via a pivot pin (12). A dragging lever (8) is coupled to a window coupling point and mounted in a lever hinge pin (10) on a vehicle body side. The pivoting movement can be adapted by adapting the individual parts to installation conditions and other circumstances.
