Bag with handles useful for all types of bags regardless of its material and of its filling system through a mouth or a valve; the bases (2) and (4), which are the strongest points of the bag because of the structural shape thereof are provided with handles (8a) and (8b) emerging sideways of the bag and defined by a protuberant area which presents a frame-shaped part (6) fixed to the surface of its base (5). Thereby, the handles of the bag can form a unitary assembly together with the proper base structure from which the bag itself is conformed.
