The cutter device (4) includes a fixed blade (7) disposed on one side of, and in the vicinity of, a transfer route for transferring recording paper (S), a movable blade (8) moving from a position opposite to the fixed blade (7) across the transfer route in a direction substantially perpendicularly crossing the transfer route to be able to crossingly slide on the fixed blade (7), a second movable blade (9) disposed in a specified position adjacent to the first movable blade and in a width direction of the recording paper (S) and moving from a position opposite to the fixed blade (7) across the transfer route in a direction substantially perpendicularly crossing the transfer route to be able to crossingly slide on the fixed blade (7), and a drive mechanism (10) for moving the first movable blade (8) and the second movable blade (9).
