<p>A method, apparatus, and product for leasing a delegation certificate in a distributed processing system is provided. Consistent with this method, apparatus, and product, a delegatee requests from a delegator access to a resource for a period of time that the delegator has authority to access. Responsive to this request, the delegator determines an appropriate lease period during which time the delegatee has authority to access to the resource.</p> |
